Deep Cleaning

A more detailed, top-to-bottom cleaning with additional attention to areas not included in Basic Cleaning. Move-In and Move-Out cleanings are performed at the Deep Cleaning level, with pricing based on the size, condition, and specific needs of the property.

Deep Cleaning includes Basic Cleaning, plus:

  • Clean baseboards
  • Detailed cleaning of doors and door frames
  • Detailed cleaning of light fixtures and switches
  • Clean accessible ceiling fan blades
  • Clean blinds
  • Clean interior window glass
  • Detailed cleaning of buildup on applicable surfaces

Additional Services

  • Inside oven (AO)
  • Inside refrigerator (AO) — must be completely empty before arrival
  • Inside cabinets and drawers (AO) — must be completely empty before arrival

Fireplace note: Interior firebox, soot, and ash removal are not included unless specifically quoted.

Entryway / Foyer / Stairway / Basement

Basic Cleaning

  • Vacuum/sweep stairs
  • Empty trash, if applicable

Deep Cleaning includes Basic Cleaning, plus:

  • Clean baseboards
  • Detailed cleaning of doors and door frames
  • Clean accessible railings
  • Detailed cleaning of light fixtures
  • Detailed cleaning of accessible interior glass

Laundry / Utility Room

Basic Cleaning

  • Wipe exterior of washer and dryer
  • Clean accessible surfaces
  • Clean light switches
  • Vacuum/sweep and mop applicable flooring
  • Empty trash

Deep Cleaning includes Basic Cleaning, plus:

  • Clean baseboards
  • Detailed exterior cleaning of washer and dryer
  • Detailed cleaning of doors and door frames
  • Detailed cleaning of light fixtures

Additional Services

  • Inside cabinets and drawers (AO) — must be completely empty before arrival

Important Service Information

Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning

Move-In and Move-Out cleanings are performed at the Deep Cleaning level. Pricing is based on the size and condition of the property and the services requested.

Empty Cabinets, Drawers & Appliances

Refrigerators, cabinets, drawers, and medicine cabinets must be completely empty before arrival when interior cleaning is requested.

Windows

Deep Cleaning includes interior window glass. Window screens are not cleaned. Exterior window cleaning is not included unless specifically quoted.

Property Condition

Heavy grease, excessive buildup, mold remediation, biohazards, pest or animal waste, hoarding conditions, construction debris, and other specialty conditions are not automatically included and may require additional pricing or may be declined.

Furniture & Appliances

Furniture, appliances, and other heavy items are not moved unless specifically agreed upon before service.

Cleaning Results

Permanent stains, discoloration, mineral deposits, damage, or long-term buildup may not be completely removable.

Pricing

Every home is different. Final pricing is based on the size and condition of the property, the level of cleaning requested, and any additional services. Work outside the agreed scope may require an additional charge.
