What areas do you serve?
We are based out of Pingree Grove, Illinois and work throughout the surrounding Fox Valley and north-west Chicago suburbs, including Elgin, St. Charles and Schaumburg. If you are not sure whether we reach you, call (847) 409-5583 and ask.
Do you clean commercial properties as well as homes?
Yes. We clean offices, corporate and commercial buildings, post-construction sites, rentals and foreclosures, as well as private homes.
How often can you clean?
Weekly, bi-weekly or monthly on a regular schedule, or as a one-time deep clean. We work around your hours so a business never loses a day to us being on site.
Are you insured?
Yes. Fresh Look Interiors DCS, LLC is certified and insured. Copies of our contracts and certificates are available on request, by email or phone, before any work begins.
What is included in a move-in or move-out clean?
A basic clean plus a deeper pass with special attention to baseboards, inside and behind all appliances, light fixtures, inside cabinets, fans and the inside of windows.
Do you do painting?
We offer residential interior painting for a fresh, crisp finish and a quick turnaround. We take small jobs only, and cleanliness during and after the job is guaranteed.
How much does a paint colour or decorating consultation cost?
Paint colours and decorating consultations start at $300.00. That covers a full colour and styling plan for your space.
Do you offer post-construction cleaning?
Yes. We handle residential, commercial and industrial post-construction cleanups, and have done that work for contractors for several years.
Can you help with organizing?
Yes. Closets, rooms, garages and commercial offices. We sort through items with you and save, discard or donate, so you get the space back.
What does your house sitting service cover?
Flushing toilets, running water, cleaning, outdoor services and general house chores. You can book it for a single day or for months at a time.
